A: Each cup contains around 100mg of caffeine, giving you a smooth energy boost without the jitters or crash.

Q: How do I brew it?
A: Super simple!

1. Tear open the packet.
2. Hook the filter onto your cup.
3. Pour hot water in a circular motion and let it bloom.
4. Keep pouring, breathe in the aroma, and enjoy a café-quality brew anywhere!

Q: Why only three flavors?
A: We believe in quality over quantity. Each blend is carefully crafted for a unique taste and functional benefit—and don’t worry, we’re working on more!

A: While our ingredients are generally food-safe, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before consuming.

Q: Are your products gluten-free and vegan?
A: While we’re not certified yet, all our ingredients are naturally gluten-free and vegan-friendly.

Q: What is your shipping policy? How long does shipping usually take?
A: Orders ship at the following rates:

• $0.00 - $54.99 → $5.99 flat rate ( standard shipping (3-5 business days)
• $55.00+ → Free Shipping within the U.S. only!

Note: Free shipping applies only if your total remains over $55 after any discounts are applied.

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (this does not include transit time). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking information. 

Q: Where is it made?
A: Crafted with care in Taiwan, a hub of coffee artistry and pour-over excellence. We partner with top-tier suppliers to ensure every cup is crafted with precision and quality.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: We currently only ship across the U.S. but have plans to expand globally soon!

Q: What is your return policy?

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns. However, if you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please email us, and we'll do our best to make it right!
