Due to food safety and quality standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any Wild Infusion Coffee products. This ensures that every product you receive is fresh, safe, and uncompromised.

2. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team at support@wildinfusioncoffee.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. After review, we may issue a refund or send a replacement at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders where taste preference is the only issue.
  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Orders placed through third-party sellers.

4. Order Cancellations
